- The best things you can do are the
cheapest; pick it up, put it away, clean it, paint it, recycle it, take it to
the dump.
- Don't be home for showings. Folks have to 'try your home on for size'. They
can't do that if you're snoozing in your chair.
- AC/DC posters, pizza boxes piled to the ceiling, dishes in the sink and the
'75 multi-coloured Impala balanced on 3 blocks in
the driveway are generally not attractive to most Buyers. Cleanliness is next to Godliness and it
brings a better dollar every time.
- Scoop the poop! Folks adoring your new roof and climbing clematis get
turned off when they wander into an offering of Fred's Finest.....pick up
after your pooch.
