What About Art?

Art has worked in full time commission sales since 1978, now in his 19th year (yes, that’s my hair…) as a licensed, Award Winning Realtor. Art and his wife Barb have 5 ‘children’ aged 21 - 29 that have grown up on the north side of the Fraser River.

Our youngest blessing holds gainful employment, four of the ‘kids’ are now married, one grandson has arrived safely and another of the Third Generation of High Performance Realtors is due to arrive next year. Art remains skeptical of grandkids at his young age…..Barb remains excited at the prospect of babies in the house again, not to mention all the new shopping opportunities. Therefore, Art needs to sell real estate.

Art knows the neighbourhoods, the schools, the parks, the ball diamonds, what's hot and what's not in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Mission real estate. Art understands what families need in housing and location, offering good, honest, professional advice in every buying situation.

Representing Sellers is a joy for Art as he appreciates what it takes to buy into a house these days, making it a home, and then maintaining that home. Art's negotiating skills are finely honed by years and years of experience in working with real estate and more importantly, people………after all, it's really your life we're talking about.
